
What you Need

You must be of marriageable age

You must not be in a prohibited relationship

You must not already be married to someone else

You must both be consenting

You must give a minimum of 1 month notice or a maximum of 18 months to marry via Notice of Intended Marriage [NOIM] - I will prepare this for you to sign

Notice of Intended Marriage
If you decide that you would like me to officiate your ceremony, I then ask you to complete my booking form.
This will provide all the legal details so I can prepare the Notice of Intended Marriage form for lodgement.

Signing and Sighting Documents
I will arrange a time to meet and sign the Notice of Intended Marriage. I will ask you to bring along the following documents for me to sight:

Birth Certificate or Passport

Documentation showing your current residential address
-
Evidence of how last marriage ended (if applicable)
I ask for a $250.00 deposit at the time of the booking confirmation and the rest to be paid one month prior to the wedding ceremony. I am happy for you to make payments as you go too.

Creating your Perfect Ceremony
This is the fun and creative part where I get to know all the nitty gritty details about you, your partner and your relationship that go into crafting the perfect ceremony.

The Wedding Ceremony
It is time for you to enjoy what you have been planning and waiting for.

I will arrive on time and approximately 30 minutes before the ceremony

I will be appropriately dressed for the occasion

I will meet with you to coordinate entrances and to make sure everyone is ready
-
I will provide the newlyweds with a Commonwealth Official Marriage Certificate
